It accommodates round tubes ranging from 0.3" to 4.7" and square tubes with sides from 0.3"x0.3" to 4.7"x4.7". This flexibility extends to rectangular tubes and specific angle steel, channel, and I-beam dimensions. The system efficiently handles incoming tube materials with lengths from 39” to 255” and a maximum single tube weight of approximately 176 lbs. With its high positioning precision of ±0.002”/3’ on the X/Y axis and a repetitive accuracy of ±0.0012, this machine provides exceptional precision and consistency. The HSG R1 features a speed of chuck operation at 150 RPM, though this can be adjusted depending on tube weight. The system is capable of reaching a maximum linkage speed of 492, with acceleration up to 1.5G, ensuring swift and efficient processing. Powered by a robust 380V, 50/60 Hz, 3 Phase electrical setup, the machine requires 31.88KW or 60.6A of power.
